Family Centre is proud to present the Zones of Regulation!
Families in Bermuda are invited to enrol their young ones in our Zones of Regulation Social Skills Group, designed specifically for children ages 7–9!
Join us on Tuesdays from 4:15–5:15 PM fromMarch 3 to 31, 2026.
The Zones of Regulation group helps children develop:
🌟 Self-Regulation Skills: Understanding and managing their emotions effectively.
🌟 Friendship Skills: Learning how to be a good friend and build positive relationships.
🌟 Coping Strategies: Practising ways to handle challenges and stress.
Spaces are limited. To enrol in the group, please contact Family Centre at 232-1116 and ask to speak with a Counselling team member to complete a screening. After office hours, feel free to leave a message, and we will get back to you.

This Family Centre Workshop Series is made possible by the generosity of our donors. Donations of $10 per family, per session to help with costs are appreciated, but not required.
