Shipping and Pickup
Shipping is only available within Bermuda. Shipments will be processed once a week.
Local pickup is free from Family Centre’s offices at 27 King Street, Pembroke, HM19. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 5:30 PM. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 2 business days.
Refunds and Cancellations
Sale Items
All Sale items, including clothing, bags and accessories are considered final sale. Items are sold as-is. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
Special Event Tickets
Our refund and cancellation policy allows cancellation of your ticket order up to 7 days before the scheduled event. Please contact us to request a cancellation / refund on your ticket purchase.
Ticket Transfer
Event tickets can be transferred to another person up until 5 days before the scheduled event. Please contact us to facilitate ticket transfer.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled, you will be given a full refund on your ticket purchase.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you will be given the option to redeem the value of your ticket(s) at the rescheduled event, OR a full refund on your ticket purchase.
Donations
Donations are non-refundable. Thank you for your generosity.
