In the last quarter of 2016, the Sunshine League Board made the decision to gift its property on King Street, Hamilton to Family Centre.
Family Centre Board Chair, Justin Freisenbruch, said of the gift, “On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of Family Centre I want to thank the Sunshine League for approaching and choosing Family Centre to carry their legacy forward. Having Sunshine League House as our base will allow us to deliver even more effective services for our families and today we are further inspired to fulfill our mission.”
