Real Talk: It’s OK Not to Be OK.
Free Mental Health Support for Teens in Bermuda
Being a teen in Bermuda isn’t always easy. If you are feeling anxious, insecure, stressed, or down, know that it’s okay not to be okay.
- You don’t have to carry it alone. Talk to someone you trust.
- Being real about how you feel makes you stronger.
- Talking about your feelings is strength, not weakness.
- You matter. Your mental health matters. Reaching out is a power move.
Share your thoughts and feelings with someone you trust. Family Centre is here to help. Our Counselling services are free, confidential, and made just for young people like you. Ask a trusted adult to call us at 232-1116.
