Wednesday October 15, 2025 - 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

  Bermuda College, Room G301

Join us for an open community conversation on youth mental health in Bermuda and the impact of social media.

Family Centre’s Executive Director, Dr. Sandy De Silva, will join a panel of experts at the Youth Mental Health Town Hall to discuss “Self-Harm and Violence on Social Media”.

This free town hall will explore how platforms shape experiences of self-harm and violence and what we can do to respond with care, awareness, and action.

Featuring voices from clinical psychology, youth outreach, lived experience, and research, this event will bring together diverse perspectives to tackle one of the most urgent issues young people face today.
